服務人員相當棒，介紹跟說明都非常詳細，還免費幫我的客房升級。霞慕尼市區步行都能到達，所以沒有用到旅館提供的Guest Card，不過真的很感動啦！ ps.非常感謝在les praz de chamonix車站搭救的老先生，還載下錯站的我們到旅館！ Great service! Free promotion for the room. In the downtown. Special thanks: the kind man who drive us to the hotel when we jump off at the wrong station.

MADAME非常热情，房间清洁度很好。房间虽小了些，非常暖和。总的来说很舒适，
最好把淡季13H-15H不服务时间挂在外门，虽然给发了邮件，但是邮件并非与我预定时同时发出。所以不一定能在有效时间内看到邮件。然后这个时间段内到了那，结果没人，外门一点信息也没，这样就弄不清楚是怎么回事。

窗外风景很棒，可以看到勃朗峰和南针峰。卫生间特别大~~
前台中午和晚上的休息时间很长，前台会没有人

房间真的很小,但是很干净,窗外的风景棒极了!还有阳台.但是双层床睡起来有点吓人.

地理位置很好, 火車站走路約莫十分鐘到, 不在大街上晚上比較不吵, 四樓閣樓房間的窗子看出去就是城市景, 非常漂亮
閣樓間的床旁邊有橫梁支撐, 看起來不太美觀睡覺起來有壓力, 只是風景很棒
